Subscription not identified on my account

I recently purchased a copy of AVG Ultimate from CJS CD keys and down  loaded and installed it on my PC, but the subscription did not attach to my account. The purchase was for 10 devices. Because it has not attached to my account it is causing difficulties installing AVG Ultimate on other devices. I have been using this product for quite a few years now but recently had my PC upgraded and my subscription had lapsed. I have contacted CJS CD Keys and they said to contact AVG support to get it rectified.
Any ideas?
