Subscription not recognised

I paid $29.95 on Feb 3, 2018 for a year of full protection. I entered my # (13174897638) and it set up fine. The last couple weeks I had been getting pop up ads that I needed to purchase for full coverage (again?) . I was under the impression that when I paid the $29.95 it was for a full year. Now my Avg Free is posting info to buy again, and I can't get past the screen to use the program. Screen shot included, please advise by my email what to do, thank you.
