Every time I scan my computer it ends with a report about advanced security issues. It then asks for a subscription - which I already have.

I've tried re-entering the activation code but it won't recognize it. I keep getting sent in circles between signing in and entering the code. What do I have to do to actually use the service/product I paid for?
