Subscription not reflecting on my account

How can i get my subscription to reflect on my account
How do i get my activation code? When requesting it via the web site the response is

We’re unable to find the email address you entered. Please check that you typed it correctly and that it’s the same address you used to register your AVG license.

This does not make sense as I can log in the account with the email address
