Subscription not showing in my AVG account

I also received your reply by email and replied with the screenshots
However, I then had an automatic reply saying that my email address was not recognised!
What do I do now?

I have an AVG Ultimate subscription installed and activated on my device with no problems.  However, this subscription does not show up in My AVG Account, the only subscriptions showing are old expired subscriptions.  Why is this?
