I have a subscription for AVG TuneUp and one for AVG VPN.
In my profile I can only see AVG VPN in my order historic and subscriptions.
I want to cancel both subscriptions, but I can only end the one. I believe I have tried everything. The closest thing to an answer to the problem I have come is that I might have signed up with my old email address called (email address removed) but I don't have access to that any longer.
I'm at my wits end and I'm almost at the point where I'll just contact my bank to get a new card. This is my last ditch effort to get this resolved, as getting a hold of any sort of customer service is next to impossible.
