The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

On 7th March I upgraded AVG AntiVirus on my Android phone to the Pro version and it works fine with all features enabled. However the subscription did not show up in my account. At the time I was also using an old MacBook that AVG did not offer support to. Being unable to put AVG on the Mac I was quite happy with the situation as everything worked fine on the Android and I used kaspersky (hiss) on the Mac. I now have a windows 8 machine and want to put AVG on it. I installed Zen and both the Android and windows PC are recognised. I nowI have a trial running on windows. I want to upgrade but am concerned that subscriptions are not showing and do not want any complications if I do upgrade. Ideally I'd like AVG to sort out my original subscription before I do anything else. Is this a sensible approach or have I done something wrong that I can rectify myself … or is there something I haven't done.
I did contact support a while back and received unhelpful response from "Borislav Angelov… at 13:59 on 13/03/2015".
