Subscription not showing

I have purchased the avg ultimate from fry's , after activating the product, my account is showing that I have no purchased product.  Has anyone else encountered this problem?  I have contacted the tech support, they couldn't fix it. Apparently they see my subscription on their end, but when I log into my account I have nothing.  This is really frustrating, paying for a product but not getting the service.

I don't know if AVG understand what is going on here.  I have installed and activated the avg i purchased in store, somehow after i restart the computer, it's still the free version of avg. And AVG keeping saying their system shows the active subcription, well then give me the service that I PAID for.   I  am seeing alot of people with no active subscription showing up on their account after purchase and activiation. I don't know what is going on, but AVG is handeling this very poorly.
