Subscription not showing

For the last few years, I have had a subscription to AVG Tune Up. I have recently been charged for another year - the notification was sent to the email address linked to my account… When I checked with my account, it claims that I do not have a subscription so I am unable to manage it. The so called "help" on the website is useless and sends me around in circles.  I'm unable to find an email where I can find out how to get my subscription added to my account. I'd be grateful if for any suggestions.
