Subscription not updated

A have paid for a 1 year subscription after it expired and it failed to update and i got a message to update manually. I never received an email. Anybody else had this problem

Upon checking our records, we see that you've already reached our live support via phone. Also, we see that a follow up email has been sent to you, suggesting you to reactivate. 
Would you be so kind to clarify whether you're still receiving the notification to update manually?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
