Subscription not visible - need to cancel

Dear all,

I received the e-mail regarding the automatic renewal of my Avg subscription and as I switched to another provider i'd like to cancel it before its renewal. When I log in in my account I cannot see any subsciption active and no order processed but I received the notification e-mail on the same mail I used for my initial subscription.
Please support as soon as possible as I am not willing to pay for a service I don't need due to a glitch in your system.
