I was trying to download a FREE avg Security product and took £79.99 out my Bank Account for a subscription I did not want which to my knowledge I did not download it.  AVG still had all my details from previous products I had which have now expired. I contacted them to explain and asked them to refund me which I found very difficult finding the correct contact details. I have not had any reply from them and do not know if they have received my complaint. I have tried call but the phone jus goes off. Being a pensioner I do not have money to waste. AVG PLEASE REFUND ME
