I would like to cancel my account with AVG and get a refund for the remaining amount on my account.

Upon checking your account, we see that you've subscribed to AVG Ultimate MultiDevice on Nov 12, 2019 (standard purchase).
Our refund policy allows us to initiate refund for orders that are within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we're not in a position to initiate refund at this time, as the mentioned timeframe has already surpassed.
However, would you be so kind to let us know the reason to cancel the subscription?
