Subscription or Orders?

Hi,
No matter how I try, I can never get to the screen on Internet Security where I can enter my Subscription code.
I have followed all the links from the AVG website, un installed and re in stalled etc but I am redirected to AVGTIWAIN every time!.

Nothing seems to work, I always end upa t the screen that says I am using the trial versaion.
Can any one help?
