Subscription paid in PayPal not added to account

I downloaded the free AVG software and completed a virus scan.  From here I was recommended to buy a monthly subscription in order to keep certain files and DNS safe.  I completed the subscription for 3 years and paid for 3 years up front through my PayPal account.  

Despite seeing the payment has gone through on PayPal I cannot see the subscription in my AVG account and do not see the additional services that I have paid for.

Please can you help me to get the subscription services that I have paid for?
