Subscription paid on 6/9/2018

On the 6/9/2018 I paid $69.00 AU for a 2 year subscription for AVG Anti-virus protection for my computer which would cover me up until 6/9/2020.   On checking my account it seems that I do not have an account with AVG despite the fact that I received notification that my subscription had been paid.   Since then I have been notified that a hacker had tried to locate my position and area despite my understanding that I have AVG anti-virus protection which would make my line secure.   Can you please explain this for me.  Thank you.  Please do not put my question on your web site, thank you.

I request you to not share your personal information via Public forums. You have active subscription of AVG Secure VPN, AVG PC TuneUp and AVG Anti-Virus under different email address. 

Please log in to your AVG My Account using gmail account and check if you have your active subscriptions listed there.
