Hi  I have AVG tuneup on an auto renew basis but I wish to change this, I have looked through "MY Account" and cannot see how to do it.  Also when I look at "Subscriptions" it says I don't have any even though my "Order history" clearly indicates I do

Sorry to hear that you wish to cancel the auto renewal of AVG  As per your request, I have cancelled the auto renewal of AVG PC TuneUp program. The license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal. You will be informed about the expiration of your AVG license in time to purchase a license renewal before your it expires.
