I received your e-mail and in trying to reply to it something went wrong - I had attached two photoshots but for some reason the e-mail would not send and whilst trying to solve the problem my laptop went down.  On rebooting both your original e-mail and my reply had completely disappeared. Can you please send me your e-mail again.  Many thanks

I have AVG Ultimate which includes Tune-Up, VPN, PW Protect - it shows subscription ends on Sept 1 2021 for Ultimate and Tune-up, but Dec 25 2020 for VPN and Jan 27 2021 for PW Protect.  I got an e-mail today telling me that Tune-Up would expire in 30 days, but when I e-mailed support@help.avg.com they could not identify my problem despite the fact that I had forwarded the e-mail I received back to them.  I have had problems like this before which in effect resulted in me paying two subscriptions. Most frustrating trying to deal with AVG. My subscription number is (data removed). for all four items so why are the expiry dates different, and why despite the fact that the expiry date is shown as Sept 1 2021 do I get a renewal notice for 30 days time for the Tune-Up?
