Afternoon, I have received an email saying that you are unable to collect payment of my AVG Internet Security subscription which expires on 12/03/21, as perhaps bank details have changed. My bank details have not changed or altered but I did take out another subscription, AVG Secure VPN, which I then cancelled and which will not renew in July this year. Is this the reason why? Thank you.
