Can you explain why £99.99 has been taken from my credit card this year when before it was always £19.99? I tried to get this sub cancelled more than a month ago but got nowhere with contacting customer support. I do NOT need cover for 10 devices. And although this is supposed to provide Ultimate support, I still get notifications that demand more money for extra security.
