Subscription questions

I purchased an ongoing AVG Internet Security subscription in 2021 but the subscription page reports I have no current subscriptions. I found my history that indicates in 2024 my debit card expired. However, last month the same debit card account was charged for the 2025 subscription. When I go to the to cancel the subscription, nothing shows as active. I’ve spent a couple hours searching for a link or contact that can help me resolve this issue but I keep returning to pages that are of no help. I can’t cancel the subscription because according to the system I don’t have any open subscriptions. I can’t cancel the payment because I don’t have an active subscription. PLEASE, Does anyone know where I can find a person that can help me resolve this issue?
