Subscription Refund

We acknowledge your refund request.
Upon checking your account, we see that you've been charged for the renewal of AVG TuneUp, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry (which has been sent to you on 6/15/19). This email also contains instructions on how to cancel.
If you'd like to cancel that subscription & get refunded, we do understand.

I recently noticed on my account a $54.11 charge for a subscription renewal for a service I don’t recall ever subscribing to. Looking back through previous months it looks like this the only time I have been charged. I don’t know why I am subscribed to this and I would like my subscription cancelled and charge refunded.
