Subscription refund

Upon checking our records, we can see that the refund of your AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device) subscription was successfully completed on 3/30/2022.
The refunded amount was returned to the payment method used during the purchase. Furthermore, we couldn't locate any recent charges made under the email address you've used to contact us here.
However, if you have not received the refund within 7 business days after the mentioned date, we recommend that you contact your bank directly & further investigate the refund status.

I requested a refund  on Tune Up, Reference No. (Order number redacted) , email cancellation confirmation dated 31/03/22. My bank statement shows a payment of $35.99 instead of a refund. Please correct this a s a p. Thank you, in advance.  Di Kinney
