My PayPal was charge $52.99 on 4/4/20 and I went to my AVG account & requested a refund on same day.  I don't have the refund yet as of 4/6/20 so I just went back to my AVG account and unsubscribed from AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device).  However, it does not show me any option to request for refund again.
I need your assistance in turning off auto-renewal and getting a refund would be much appreciated.
