I requested a new activation code,due to the fact that I  know of at least 3 laptops are now not using my AVG ULTIMATE. I have been on avg chat and was promised this would be done. This has not happened. I have sent e mails with no response.  I have been with AVG for many years and do not wish to change . If you know there is 7 devices being used on my account you should be able to give me the details then I can tell which is no longer in use.  AVG ULTIMATE is a very good product  but , I do need to be able to add my new laptops without  going over  10 devices.
