Subscription renewal deducted from my credit card twice on same day

You have been charged 49.99 GBP for two different subscriptions 'AVG Internet Security multi-device product' and 'AVG Secure VPN  multi-device product' on May 22, 2019. These orders were placed because auto-renewal service was enabled for their trial orders.

My subscription renewal (£49.99) was deducted from my credit card twice on the same day. I have reported this already but had no response from DRI. I want one of these duplicated subscriptions cancelled and £49.99 refunded to my credit card account immediately.
