Subscription renewal email for a subscription I don't have

I have recieved an email about an incoming subscription expiry however I no longer use that account and have a new one (under a different email address) which I purchased in July and doesn't expire for a year.  I can't find anywhere in the old account to check this subscription I've been emailed about as when I go into that account is says I don't have any current subscriptions or an order history under it.

I don't what to be double charged.
