I keep getting a "Subscription Renewal Failure" message from AVG on a daily basis (once even twice the same day) when the renewal process including payment was carried out on Sept. 25th as confirmed by a message from AVG, and that very day I got another message stating that "Your renewal bonus gift is here". How come? Are they fake messages or what?
