I renewed my yearly subscription as usual but was told by AVG that my payment could not be paid. I have given AVG new bank card details but AVG seem to ignore my emails. So I'm in danger of having my subscription cancelled.
How do I get AVG to contact me to renew my subscription? I'm fed up with them!
