We will help you sort it out. Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > logout > remove license > login and check if your AVG Internet Security shows expiry date as 11/11/2021.

Hi I purchased my renewal and my avg on my desktop is still asking for a renewal.  I have logged out 2x and signed back in and still no change
