Subscription Renewal overdue now

Hello,
I just have been asking for a reductions of price for Internet Security payment becoming due March 20, for 2 years. I have only one (1) device and have been on chat line with Anicia and Carla. Price reductions approved to $139.99 but have been charged automatically for multi devices. Then full credit had been given but not ask for by me at all as want to keep subscription. Been told yesterday by team membe Parath have to buy new one. Who guarantees reduced price as I only seem to deal with a robot and unable to contact you. Wish to cancel automatic renewal, want to have more control. Please advise. Do I keep my old key or get new one. - Thanks Renate Hrdy

Unable to contact AVG re: subscription renewal Internet Security. Have been chatting live mar 6 with Anicia and live mar 8 with Carla and subscription amount reduced as only have one (1) device. Subscription id: 13469476638 charged in full and asking for adjustment AVG gave full credit. Did not ask for that, only difference as I wish to keep Internet Security up to date. AVG did not respond accordingly as all and could not be reached by e-mail - coming back as undelivered. Tried several AVG e-mail addresses - this is not very business like even with the corona virus hindering contact. Pls note, I do not breath nor sneeze on you guys contacting you by electronics mail. Thank and hope for some action on you site.
