Hi Sarah,

I can cancel the auto-renewal for the subscription so you will be charged after the expiry date. You can purchase the same subscription from our AVG website and need not reinstall the AVG program.


Once purchased, you will receive an order confirmation email with the activation code to activate the subscription on your PC.

Shall I cancel the auto-renewal for the subscription?

I have just received notification that my AVG Internet Security Unlimited expires on 22nd November 2019.

It is stated that the current price is £99.99 inc. VAT, however it is advertised at £47.99 on AVG site.

Obviously I would prefer to pay the lesser, does this mean I have to uninstall and re-subscribe.

subscription commencing 22nd November 2019.
