The email should be a legitimate one as you have a license for AVG PC TuneUp (1 Computer) which is going to expire on 31st October 2019.
It is the auto generated email reminder which explains you about the license expiry and asks you to renew it.
Since you already have AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices subscription valid till 16th August 2020, you can ignore this email reminder.

I have had a AVG tune-up renewal reminder for next month but I have checked my subscription renewal on AVG and it states next year. Is this email genuine or fake. thanks
