Then, enter your email address and click Request Access. Please check your inbox and in the email > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
AVG Technologies - Subscription Renewal Reminder - Original order number: 26653422808 - I have just received an email which I assume has originated from yourselves informing me that you will charge me for the next period of an AVG subscription on 23 October 2020. The current price of £74.99 (plus tax) will be charged to my credit or debit card ending XXXX. Please note that I do NOT have an AVG Secure VPN Multi device subscription installed on my computer. I would be grateful if you could confirm that you have removed any reference to my previous account from your records and confirm that you will NOT attempt to charge my debit/credit card. Should any charge be made on my card then I will report it to my bank and any body I deem fit.
Sorry to have to take such a strong approach but I would have thought that a company such as yours would have more accurate records of who has a viable account with you and who does not.
