I am trying to cancel my subscription for AVG AntiVirus & am going round in circles. My account does not have this listed for me to be able to cancel it, yet the e-mail from you is saying it will renew it and charge me £34.99. As I have the AVG Internet Security installed I do not need the AntiVirus as well. In fact when the Internet Security was being renewed last year there were major problems with it competing with the AntiVirus program – had to get one of your tech staff to sort it out. How do I contact AVG to get this sorted?
