I have received an email that my subscription is to be renewed on July 31st. I do not want it renewed and have tried repeatedly to access AVG MyAccount to give instructions NOT to renew but cannot connect. How do I get this message across when I keep being denied access to My Account? You obviously have me on record but I cannot contact anyone except through this website, Lois
