Open AVG Internet Security, click on My AVG > My Subscription and click 'Logout'. Then click this link for instructions to activate AVG.
I paid my subscription to agv ultimate last month. now it says my agv internet security needs renewing.

There is no My AVG icon. There is only a minimise icon and a close icon.
