Hi Diane,

In the new version, the activation steps has been changed. To activate your AVG with the new license, open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Logout/ Remove license (If you have that option) > Select "Enter the license" > click OK to reactivate the program.

If you face any difficulties, let me know to proceed further.

I renewed my subscription but cannot locate the "Options" menu to reactivate.
