I received an email from AVG notifying me my two year licence expires in two months (07/05/2020).
I decided to renew now. The receipt doesn't disclose when the period of cover runs from but the acknowledgement indicates cover starts today. Even more confusingly, my account details indicate that the licence will fall to be renewed on 21st February 2022.
There's something seriously wrong or there's a serious lack of clarity in the renewal process. Considering cancellation.

I have AVG internet Security for unlimited devices. I renewed my subscription and got the same issue as above. Now i actually need to login into multiple pc's and laptops to 'logout' and 'login' again ? Can't that be done easier ? have the program check online if a new subscription period has been activated and then activate it on all individual computers ? The website that you mentioned shows the content of the version that is no longer support by AVG.
Earlier we introduced AVG Zen where customer could add and manage their devices.
Later, it was discontinued and customer will not be able to manage their devices, but still can activate the subscription individually on each compatible devices.
Since we could not find the subscription under your account, we have sent an email and requested you to mention the order reference.
Once we verify the account, will provide further steps on how to remove old version and install the new one.
