Hello, I have renewed my subscription and have followed the procedure to load my activity code which is accepted. However it asks me "thanks just one more thing" and when I enter my name, email address and post code, I get a message saying, "sorry something went wrong".
please tell me how to enter my new paid subscription.  Thanks
