1. I do not want automatic subscription renewal. Can that be possible.?
2. There was a mistake in my subscription to-day. I wanted the 2-year subscription item but I cancelled the item that comes with a 1 year subscription. This is not a big problem but can you explain tp me what the one year subscription is about and why it is only for 1 year instead of 2?
