Hello Samuel,

Thank you for your responce. I have been trying on that page all morning but when I fill in my name and email address I am sent to a page with no meaningful text on it, just pretty pictures.

+44 (0) 800 652 4940 This number is unrecognised. Can anybody tell me where the "renew now" button is located please? My subscription expires in one day and I can't find out how to renew it.

Can't find a person to talk to on support pages.  How can I find out how much my subscription renewal will be?
