Hi I cancelled my subscription last November and was talked into renewing for another year for £20 which I never used. I was told it was for 1year only and then it was to be cancelled altogether as my laptop was quite old and was never ever used. I only store old photos on it. In November this year I have been billed £79.99 for another subscription that I didn’t authorise. Would you kindly reimburse my credit card account with the money as I have no intention of fulfilling this agreement. Possibly in the near future if I decide to get another laptop I will keep my account on hold and contact you accordingly
