I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. From your account, I see that you have AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) expires on 2018.12.2 which has been purchased 2017.11.17 and you also have AVG Password protection (1 year subscription), expires on 2018.10.3. I can see that the automatic renewal for AVG Internet Security is turned on which is why your  AVG Internet Security has been renewed automatically. Please let me know if you want to cancel the automatic renewal for AVG Internet Security.

Hi,
I received a bank statement on 17.11.2017 that "AVG*AVG Subscription – 89.95 BAM" has gone through, but i still getting message that I have to update my paying method. When I log in on my AVG account, it says "next billing date: 16.11.2018", no warning signs, no notifications or anything.
So, you see my confusion here. Is everything OK on either end of this arrangement?
