Hi, I have just received a concerning email from you stating that my yearly subscription is going up from £15.99 to £59.99 !!! As I recently left my job this is deeply worrying to me as I just don't have that kind of money. So then I thought I will cancel the subscription but have been going round in circles as there seems to be no easy way to do this. I am also concerned that my bank details have been given to a third party called digital rivers without my say. Could you please clarify this and tell me how to cancel my subscription as I can certainly no longer afford it and find the price hike to be frankly unbelievable.
