From your description, we're uncertain whether you receive the expiry notification via email or through the program. Would you be so kind to clarify it for us?
Also, share us the screenshot of it to identify the version installed on your computer.
I have subscriptions on my account to cover all my devices that are due for renewal around Sept/Oct 2020 yet I am told to renew as my license will expire in 7 days. I am fed up with AVG as I have fallen for this sort of thing in the past and duplicated payments. Can anyone sort this out or should I just cancel?
