Subscription Renewal

You have been charged A$109.99 on 3rd December 2019 for the renewal of AVG Internet Security - Multi-Device (1 Year) subscription.
Since auto renewal service was enabled for its first purchase (19th November 2018), this charge was debited automatically.
We did send prior email notification, but it explained that we will not be able to renew the subscription due to some issues with the card associated with the first purchase.
However, the transaction went through for the renewal and it should be due to the card updater service enabled by the bank.
If the card is expired or has some issues, then this service would help you with the transaction.
We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

I'm quite peeved with AVG currently.  I received email in November to say my subscription is up for renewal in December, I declined to renew and left it at that.  I now find I have been billed $109   AUS dollars via my credit card without my permission.  I only found out about this when I received my statement from my bank.  I've received no notification of a key and therefore unable to go further with the online 'wanting a refund/'  How can a comapy take money from my account without permission.
