Subscription renewal

We're glad to clarify this for you. 
Upon checking your account, we see that you've subscribed to AVG Ultimate MultiDevice, instead of renewing the existing subscription. Thus results in 2 subscriptions. 
However, AVG Ultimate (old subscription) is a bundled package that includes AVG Internet Security & TuneUp for Windows. Whereas, Ultimate MultiDevice (new subscription) includes AVG Internet Security, TuneUp, Secure VPN & Password protection for windows. 
If you prefer, we can cancel the old subscription to avoid the upcoming renewal in Feb 2020. Shall we proceed with that?

Today 19/12/2019 I renewed my AVG subscription expiring February 2020 by joining your e-mail today, but it seems that you have made me sign another subscription. I want only one subscription. Please provide and correct any errors. Yours sincerely.

Actually I clicked on the "renew now" button of the quoted email, so I expected to buy a renewal and not a new subscription. Anyway it's okay, proceed to cancel the old subscription to avoid automatic renewal in February.
