Hello Diane.
We'd be glad to clarify this.
The product you renewed on 12th Jan 2021 was AVG TuneUp. But the recent email notification you received was concerning AVG AntiTrack which is going to expire soon. 
Please renew it manually using the 'Renew now' button in the notification email you received.

I renewed my AVG subscription (using a new card) on 12.01.2021. Today I’ve received an email advising couldn’t renew on my old card and asking me to renew.?
