Subscription Renewal

I feel cheated.
Having a subscription for Tune Up, I received a 'notification' enticing me to 'renew early'.
Fair enough, I thought, I'll accept and follow the links.
After doing this, I now find I have 2 subscriptions, and potentially they will both auto-renew annually.
I guess I've now bought an additional subscription I don't want.  This is a bit cheeky I think.
I think I need to cancel it.  Or is there a better way to resolve?
